Refund Policy
Items from our online store are custom printed items and cannot be returned. Our policy lasts 7 days from date receipt. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund however we may be able to send another Shirt if there is damage to the first one within 30 days from the Order date.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Refunds (if applicable)

T-shirts and other Custom Printed Goods

Generally, we do not issue refunds for custom goods. Items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Karr Galaxy Studios. To qualify for a refund, We require that items are not past 7 days of receiving the item. We ship all items with tracking numbers to ensure accurate delivery. For Damaged items we require an email with an attached digital picture clearly showing the issue/defect at manufacture as well as describing the problem with the merchandise. Once this process is verified and at Karr Galaxy Studio ™ ‘s Discretion we will issue the customer a refund only if we are not able to ship them out a replacement product free of charge to match the original product the customer ordered. If a refund is issued then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Photographic Services

All sales final, No refunds. All Photographic Sales are due immediately upon receipt of the images provided whether given by online website link, Dropbox or Hand delivered USB stick (or any other means of electronic transfer). In the event of corrupted files or images or problems with accessing the images, arrangements will be made to get the replacement images or videos.

Deposits – All Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits paid during booking go towards the final cost of your package that you choose. If you choose to cancel with me for Photography services you will not be refunded the deposit (however store credit may be applied in certain circumstances). If there is a change in appointment time such as bad weather or other poor conditions for photography work, I will contact you to re-book your appointment and you will not be required to pay another deposit. Deposits will also be forefeit for onsite visits in which i arrive and was unable to access the property and not able to reasonably get in touch with you to gain entry.

Please be aware: In the event I am unable to photograph a property due to the very poor or unsafe condition of the property when I arrive, I will at my discretion charge the customer for one hour of time ($60.00 Deposit) for the visit to cover my loss of the day and notify the customer / realtor promptly about the conditions. I will gladly re-schedule the photo shoot for another time with you. Also note that I do not lift or move furniture and that if the property can not be photographed due to large items in the way or its clear that taking the photos would result in poor results due to blocking furniture (for example a couch blocking the entrance, furniture obstructing views or walkways severely allowing me to walk through the house) requiring being moved the deposit will also be forfeit for the day and the client will need to re-book with deposit at their convenience.

Sale items

Regular priced items only may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are sold AS IS. All Sales are Final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Karr Galaxy Studios only replace ™s items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. We recommend that you contact us first to start the Return process. Please email us with a digital picture and description of the issue. Send us an email at There is no need to return the item itself to us or the manufacturer so please do not try. We are not responsible if this occurs.
We do not currently support Gift items in our store. Gift Items are considered regular merchandise on our Store. In the event of a credit, refund or replacement item, the original customer and customer payment method would be credited or a replacement item sent out to the same address on the payment method.
Please do not try to return your product. In the Event of a product replacement, we will ship the new product to you free of charge. We will not cover any shipping costs other then replacements from product defects.

From the time of purchase, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
